We are so excited to announce that Yes U Can is adding “Adapted Fishing” to our list of programs. (Start-time to be announced) The program includes fishing combined with education in ecology and conservation. This program will be spearheaded by Wayne Hunter, founder of Children With Challenges, a nonprofit organization that takes challenged children fishing.

Wayne has received two Governor Awards as an Outstanding Volunteer for community service and has also received a Jefferson Medal for Volunteerism from the U.S. Congress.

Welcome aboard Wayne, we are so very please to be working with you!

“Yes U Can Corporation” was formed to increase inclusion, awareness and access to health, recreation and physical fitness opportunities for people with limited mobility and disabilities by developing assisted activity programs, forming strategic partnerships and providing valuable resources to the community.

The programs are developed to encourage participation in activity programs, while addressing the barriers that often prevent a person with limited mobility from taking part. The benefits of the programs are many, staying active improves one’s physical and psychological well-being. Now Get Movin’!
